Raised over $12,000 at my “Paramedic Nat’s 2nd Annual Evening For Mental Health”, with proceeds going to the RVH Youth and Child Mental Health Unit and IveGotYourBack911.

My 1st annual, “Paramedic Nat’s Evening For Mental Health”, raised over $2000 for The Tema Conter Memorial Trust, which assists first responder’s and their families who battle with mental illness.

Lobbied for the Provincial PTSD Bill 163 with MPP Kevin Flynn.


Host of the podcast BrainStorm, which takes a closer look at the effects of post traumatic stress on the first responder’s brain, as well as overall mental wellness, and looks at ways to prevent illness/injury and survive with the symptoms.


Participated and spoke at the Start Talking Suicide Awareness Walk 2016.

Played a strong role in the Royal Assent of Federal PTSD Bill C-211 with MP Todd Doherty.

Participated in McHappy Day 2018, with RVH Foundation President, Eric Dean.

Volunteered with Barrie Mayor Jeff Lehman, and Barrie City Councillors Arif Khan and Andrew Prince to help to provide clothing and supplies to the Allandale fire victims.

Founded “Wings of Change – Peer Support” in February 2016.
